Tax submissions
The tax team and the Tax Advisory Group make submissions on behalf of NZICA to the government, ACC, Parliament and the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). This includes:
- the Policy Advice Division of IRD on issues papers and government discussion documents
- select committees on bills before Parliament
- IRD on draft public binding rulings, determinations, interpretation statements and guidelines, operational and standard practice statements, and Questions we've been asked items
- relevant Ministers, such as Minister of Revenue Minister and Minister of Finance Minister, and other relevant MPs.
