Audio visual facilities
The contemporary multi-room conference centre offers fully integrated audio visual facilities that cater for almost all requirements. All three conference rooms are fitted with ceiling-mounted data projectors and drop-down projection screens, and have DVD/CD-playing facilities while the smaller meeting rooms provide a more intimate environment in which to conduct a meeting. We also have a purpose-built video conference facility enabling meetings to include multiple remote sites and audio participants. Vidcom New Zealand is our preferred supplier for any additional AV requirements you may have.
We will take care of all your catering requirements, including any special dietary needs, and ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout your event. Make your selection from our extensive menu or we can choose for you if you prefer. If there is something you require that is not on our menu, please let us know and we will endeavour to make it available.
Numerous parking facilities are available within the vicinity of the venue. The closest available parking is located at Wilson's Gateway Park. Casual parking is $3 per half hour up to a maximum of $18. There is Earlybird Parking of $10 per day for entry between 6-10am and exit after 2pm. Exits prior to this time will incur casual rates. Enquire about our specially negotiated rate for meeting attendees.
The centre features three conference rooms, a boardroom and two meeting rooms and accommodates up to 300 guests.
