Paul Chambers is a proven business leader and finance professional with high quality commercial skill and a deep interest in business strategy. For the past three years he has been CFO at Meridian Energy leading a team of 35 people across the Strategy, Finance and Procurement teams.
Paul has been instrumental in developing and implementing a clear company strategy to deliver on Meridian’s purpose of creating a better energy future. His work has played a key role in ensuring board and shareholder confidence in the integrity and reliability of Meridian operations.
Paul believes the public sector should be viewed as a vibrant alternative to private sector employment and prioritises developing opportunities for his team and for the company.
