How do we know what members want from us?
Our greatest source of member feedback and information is the Tracker Survey
Tracker is a comprehensive member satisfaction survey that NZICA runs twice a year with a demographically representative sample of members. Independent research company Colmar Brunton manages the survey and compiles the results for NZICA to ensure the results are consistent and comparable. Approximately 550 full members are surveyed for each Tracker wave, we also seek the perceptions of students, provisional members and influencers (academics and employers) in every Tracker.
The results of Tracker provide NZICA with a measure of satisfaction across seven key areas – professional development, communications, advocacy, international advocacy and mutual recognition, committees and advisory groups, enforcing ethics and standards and maintaining and promoting the value of the profession. From the results we are able to determine priority areas for improvement and areas of good performance.
