Professional Conduct Committee
The principal responsibility of the Professional Conduct Committee is to ensure that a properly constituted Committee hears and determines cases before it fairly, in accordance with the rules of natural justice and within the statutory and regulatory powers conferred on the Committee by the NZICA’s Act and Rules.
The Professional Conduct Committee convenes to:
- Consider complaints and make determinations in accordance with the Rules
- Consider making an application under Rule 21.11 to the Disciplinary Tribunal for an order that a member be suspended from membership until further order of the Tribunal.
