Chartered Accountant
The current academic programme that you must complete to become a Chartered Accountant is:
• Four years’ degree level study (480 points/credits)
• A bachelors degree at an Approved Tertiary Education
Institution (ATEI) or an NZQA-accredited bachelor’s degree at a
New Zealand university, polytechnic or institute of technology
• Coverage of the following accounting and business topics at
an ATEI:
