Win the services of a Chartered Accountant

Terms and conditions

1. To qualify for competition entry:
   on-screen competition answers must be correct
   the business represented must be owned and operated from New Zealand
   only one correct entry per business per episode will be accepted
   you must not currently be using the services of a Chartered Accountant
   
   
2. Entries will be accepted online for each episode from 8.30 on the Saturday morning the episode is first screened until midnight of the Tuesday following.
   
   
3. Business who win one of the 100 prizes are not eligible to win another prize in the same series.
   
   
4. While every effort will be made to ensure winners are not required to travel any significant distance to redeem their prize, the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants does not commit to every winner having a local Institute member as a participant in the “Business is Booming” sponsorship.
   
   
5. Prize winners are required to redeem their NZ$3000 worth of Institute members’ time (as a participant in the “Business is Booming” sponsorship) within 12 months of receipt of a confirmation letter from the Institute.
   
   
6. Winners will be required to be available for publicity appearance as and if required by the editor of the Chartered Accountants Journal.
   
   
7. The process of prize draws, prize advice, prize redemption, professional services and the business interests of any Chartered Accountant or professional services body, and any issues arising from prize-related matters will solely be handled by The New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and will exclude any involvement from the broadcaster, TVNZ, The Producer, Wonderful Business Television Limited, programme related sponsors and contributors.
