This relates to managing the day-to-day finances of a not-for-profit entity. In order to function, you will require

• ready cash, or working capital
• a treasurer or someone whose job it is to look after the finances
• good governance over the functions of the entity
• internal controls to protect your treasurer and your entity’s assets
